The Subscription Model

  • Not at all! You can schedule them four weeks in a row, once a month, or save them for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. You have 12 months from the date of purchase to use your credits.

  • Life happens! You can reschedule any delivery through your portal link with at least 7 days' notice. This lead time is necessary because we curate our floral orders specifically for our subscribers.

  • Our 4-delivery and 8-delivery passes act as a credit system. Once you purchase a pass, you aren't locked into a rigid weekly schedule. You will receive a link to our private booking calendar where you can choose exactly which Thursdays you’d like your flowers to arrive.

  • We deliver between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Because we personally handle every delivery within our 10-mile radius, we cannot guarantee a specific minute, but you will receive a text notification once your blooms have been safely placed on your porch.

The Flowers & Design

  • Every delivery is a "Designer’s Choice" arrangement. This means we hand-select the freshest, most beautiful premium stems available at the market that week. While the palette changes with the seasons, our style remains soft, garden-inspired, and artfully composed.

  • To ensure we provide the highest quality and most seasonal blooms for everyone, we do not take specific flower requests for subscriptions. However, if you have a known allergy (such as Lilies), please let us know in your checkout form!

  • We include a care card with your first delivery! The "Big Three" tips are: give the stems a fresh, angled trim, use cool, clean water, and refresh that water every 2–3 days.

The Vase Swap & Sustainability

  • For a one-time $25 membership fee, you’ll never have to worry about floral clutter again. We deliver your flowers in a beautiful, sanitized vessel. On your next scheduled delivery day, you simply leave the previous vase (rinsed and empty!) in your delivery spot. We’ll pick it up and swap it for a fresh one.

  • No problem! If you prefer to use your own vases, we offer "Wrapped" delivery. Your flowers will arrive beautifully bundled in our signature recyclable paper with a "wet-pack" on the stems to keep them hydrated until you bring them inside.

Studio Closures

  • Our studio closes for a summer break from June 19th through August. Your subscription will automatically pause during this time. Any remaining credits stay in your account and will be ready for you to use as soon as our fall season begins in September.

Where do you deliver?

To ensure the highest level of service, we deliver within a 10-mile radius of our home studio in Arlington. This includes [insert key neighborhoods like Clarendon, Ballston, McLean, etc.]. If you aren't sure if you are in our zone, please reach out!

Do you offer pickup if I live outside the delivery zone?

Absolutely! If you are outside our 10-mile delivery radius but still want to enjoy our seasonal blooms, you can select "Studio Pickup" at checkout. We will coordinate a Thursday window for you to swing by our Arlington home studio to collect your arrangement.
